Uday Pande is a Founding Partner in N+U Design Studio. He has led the firm since its inception. With a clear vision and continuous & persuasive efforts, he has brought the firm to a leading position. His thorough understanding of government norms and policies of various states has resultedin the firm’s presense through out the country. It has also enriched the portfolio with works in both private and public sector.

He has mentored team leaders with a strong sense of responsibility towards clients &  projects, always aiming for high quality standards in delivering the work. His zeal and management skills have helped in pushing several projects through timely completion. It was his vision that today N+U Design Studio offers comprehensiveservicessuch as Architecture, Urban Planning, Interior Designing, MEP, HVAC, all under one roof.

Mr. Pande completed Bachelor of Architecture from Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering (now VNIT), Nagpur in 1979 and Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning at School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi. Before founding Nivedita & Uday Pande Consultants in 1992, Mr. Pande worked with Bombay Metropolitan Region Development Authority (now MMRDA), Delhi Development Authority and ECMC Design Group which he founded and lead for five years.

Nivedita Pande is a Founding Partner in N+U Design Studio. She has led the design team in formulating concept designs, and later, in minute detailing of several projects. Her rich experience in the field has given the firm an edge in addressing the complex requirements of the clients and arriving at elegant solutions. Her previous experience of working with Development Authorities has enriched her skills in master planning and site designing with emphasis on efficient circulation and achieving ideal inter-relations between activities and uses. She has been a visiting faculty at School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.

After completing her Bachelor of Architecture from Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering (now VNIT), Nagpur in 1978, Mrs. Pande went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi. This was followed by a short stint with Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Authority, Mumbai and a long tenure of 9 years with Delhi Development Authority, Delhi. Subsequently, she formed Nivedita & Uday Pande Consultants as a Partner with Mr. Uday Pande in 1992. N+U Design Studio is the design wing of NUPC.

Mrs. Pande is also a passionate professional painter and has had several shows and has been awarded by AIFACS, Prafulla Dahanukar Art Foundation (PDAF) and Wade Asia. Her painting has been selected for display at London Art Biennale 2023
